The operation did not complete successfully

Method 1: Run a virus scan
1. Type ” Windows Security ” in Windows search and select the best match result.

2. Go to the Virus & threat protection section and click Scan options .

Method 2: Restore Explorer

1. Type ” Command Prompt” in Windows search and click ” Run as administrator “.
